MYDRYWALL.COM.AU RETURNS

mydrywall.com.au orders can be returned if goods are damaged or incorrect orders were placed within 30 days of the delivery date. Simply set up your return and mail your mydrywall.com.au order back to us.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Start your online return by clicking the button below and following the on-screen prompts. You'll receive a pre-addressed return label that can be used to ship your product back to us.

mydrywall.com.au orders can't be returned to retail partner stores.

If your order was delivered more than 30 days ago, you must contact us before starting your online return.

Together with our real-time ordering system, mydrywall.com.au commences orders immediately on confirmation. Please choose carefully as refunds cannot be given after an order has been placed for a change of mind.

After your return is received, allow 7 business days for us to process your return and submit a replacement or refund to your original form of payment. For any other enquiries, contact 1800 835 035.

RETURN POLICY

mybuild.com.au orders can be returned online for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. Follow the process above. After 30 days, you can still return your order for a full refund as long as products are unworn, unwashed or have workmanship/material flaws. Some restrictions apply.

We can't accept My Drywall products purchased at a retail partner store.

Product with workmanship or material flaw can be returned if the product was manufactured less than 12 months ago. Some My Drywall products have specific written guarantees and warranties. Please read the label, hang tag or warranty card for specific guidelines and return information.

We will book you a FREE collection for a date that suits you

You will be emailed a con note to print

Place the items in a cardboard box (please cross out/cover any old shipping labels)

Just leave your parcel at your usual delivery place/front door

…Ta da, a Courier will collect it for you!

DELIVERY

POSTAGE

All orders will incur a flat fee of $12.50 nationwide.

We will send your postal details to our warehouse with instructions to post your item within 2 working days of receiving your cleared payment. Our warehouse will post your product ASAP from our warehouse in VIC via Australia Post or a courier.

Delivery times will vary depending on how far away from Melbourne you are. Rural areas can take over 2 weeks. Please include a physical address to send your items to.

You will have to be present to sign for the item so we suggest you have it sent to a business address.

Larger or otherwise bulkier items such as ladders may include extra shipping costs to remote destinations.

Please include your phone number with the payment to pass on to the courier.

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, please contact sales.mybuildgroup@gmail.com

When you place an order, we will get real-time shipping quotes and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
